Support for adding custom tokens

As a user, I’d like to have the ability to add any token to my Ambire account, this includes the ability to add a token that I do not posses in the portfolio.
Ambire will auto-detect all tokens that are available on Coingecko on the supported networks. Additionally, you’ll be able to add any custom token in Ambire extension.
