Enable Multi-sig (2/2,2/3, ...)

As a user, I would like to be able to set a multi-sig in the Ambire wallet.
Solution: Enable users to take advantage of 2/3, 2/3, … multi-sig capabilities. Multi-sig is a feature that requires multiple signatures instead of just one to complete a particular transaction.
Note: At the moment, Ambire allows you to set email, web3, and hardware wallets as signers. One of the signers is set as a Default signer and this is the signer that has the power to execute transactions; you can change the Default signer at any time.
